For those of you who’ve never tasted Indonesian food…ahhhhh, you have no idea what you’re missing!

Both tonight and last Saturday I had some truly excellent Indo food (very common in The Netherlands, due to Indonesia being a former colony and shitloads of Indonesian people having migrated here, especially to The Hague, where I happen to live), Saturday’s at the Rasa Senang in Kaatsheuvel (small town in the South of Holland where the Efteling theme parc is located) and tonight at the Sama Sebo in Amsterdam. Both really excellent with great, swift and polite service.

In case you’re wondering, Indonesian food is what you’de expect from Asian food, but richer and often quite spicy. Hot on the way in, hot on the way out the next day
